This one day online training course is aimed at those who wish to delve deeper into the concepts of the link between the higher-self and shadow as part of the process towards health, wholeness and individuation.

We all have shadow selves, which hold not only the unrealised aspects of our being but also those parts that have been rejected or suppressed, often from childhood traumas. These elements generally cause us the most distress in our lives, yet, paradoxically, when brought into the light of consciousness, can be the most fruitful and rewarding of all life experiences as their energies are understood and integrated within us.

This workshop will explore many different ways for accessing the different facets of our shadow self, which generally lie buried within the subconscious, and, by working with the insights from our Higher-Self, to clear and release their energies. We will look to how we can face our fears and shames, with love, acceptance, and joy, and how we can begin to realise our dreams and aspirations. We will additionally explore the paradoxes that run through our lives and how we often projection our shadow onto those around us, showing how these can be re-owned and then transformed.

In the light of all that is at present taking place within our world, this workshop will be valuable for those seeking wholeness within, who wish to balance the light and shadow sides of their psyches and thereby help balance the collective psyche of humanity.

Programme

The day will be divided into 3 sessions and will be both theoretically and experiential. One experiential session will focus on techniques and methods for accessing and connecting to the Higher-Self, which is crucial for inner connection.

Session 1 - The Inner World of the Psyche
This section will focus on the roles of the Higher-Self, Core-Self (Soul) and subpersonalities within the psyche that often hold trauma and may be susceptible entity attachment.

Session 2 - Working with the Higher-Self
In this session, we will look at simple methods of release and the role of the Higher-Sel in the process. This session will include a practical exercise on connecting to and communicating with the Higher-Self.

Session 3 - Working with the Shadow
This session will focus on how the shadow operates through our lives and will finish with methods for accessing our 'positive' shadow that holds our potential. The insights from this workshop will be valuable in dealing with some of the challenging situations that are manifesting at present on this planet.

Slide notes and a certificate of attendance will be provided for all participants.

This course will be run online using Zoom on Thursday 18 July 2024. It will be divided into 3 one and half hour online sessions, which will include some experiential. These timings allow for participation by those living in the Americas.
