This book contains a wealth of information from seven contributors connected with the Spiritual Regression Therapy Association. The chapter titles give insight into the themes covered.

This is a book for practising therapists and whilst some of the techniques may be familiar there are those that have arisen from the different author's direct experiences and therefore add some potentially valuable insights and techniques that might successfully be applied within a therapeutic encounter. This book will certainly be on the recommended readers list for those attending our training courses.
